Who provides SpendYes
SpendYes is operated by Siren Group International LLC. By using SpendYes, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to agree to them. SpendYes is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
What SpendYes does
SpendYes is a personal spending-planning tool. It turns the money, dates, currencies, expected income and costs you enter into a suggested daily spending number. It does not hold or move money, connect to a bank, make payments, offer credit, execute investments or act as a financial adviser.
Your numbers and decisions
You are responsible for checking the balance, dates, currencies, income and costs you enter. Exchange rates are estimates and can be delayed or differ from the rate you receive. SpendYes calculations depend on your inputs and available services. Do not use SpendYes as the sole basis for an important financial, tax, legal or investment decision.
Smart capture
Typed descriptions, receipts and voice notes can be interpreted by automated systems. Extraction can be wrong, incomplete or assign the wrong date, amount, currency, merchant or category. Review the result before saving it. Manual entry remains available when smart capture is unavailable or inappropriate.
Guest use and account protection
You can begin with a guest plan. Connecting Apple or Google where offered protects the plan with an account and can make it available on another supported device. Keep your provider account and device secure, and tell us if you believe your SpendYes account has been accessed without permission.
Free and complimentary access
SpendYes may provide a limited free smart capture, a time-limited complimentary pass or another trial. The app shows the applicable allowance and end date. Complimentary access has no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold and may be revoked for abuse or an administrative error.
Paid access
When paid access is offered, the price, billing period, included smart-capture allowance and any tax are shown before purchase. An annual plan renews automatically at the interval and price shown until cancelled. A Trip Pass is a one-time purchase for the fixed access period shown and does not renew.
Web purchases, when available, are processed by Stripe. Purchases offered in an installed iPhone or Android app are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and that store's purchase terms also apply. SpendYes never redirects a store-installed app to web checkout as a substitute for native billing.
Usage limits, retry controls and temporary safety pauses can apply to smart capture. Expiry of paid or complimentary access does not delete your saved plan, export rights, support access or deletion rights.
Cancellation and renewal
Cancelling an auto-renewing plan stops the next renewal; it normally does not remove access already paid for. Manage a web renewal from Settings → Manage purchase. If you delete your SpendYes account, SpendYes asks Stripe to stop any linked web renewal at the end of the current paid period and proceeds only after Stripe confirms that change. Uninstalling SpendYes or deleting a SpendYes account does not by itself cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google; manage that subscription in the store account used to buy it.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the seller, payment provider or app store used for the purchase, the reason for the request and applicable law. Request a web-purchase refund through SpendYes support. Purchases made through Apple or Google must be managed through that store's refund process unless the store directs otherwise. A refund, chargeback or dispute can end the related access.
Account deletion and retained records
You can delete a plan or delete the full SpendYes account from Settings. A full account deletion removes the active account and associated plan data, subject to limited records we must or legitimately need to retain for accounting, tax, refunds, chargebacks, commissions, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance and audit. Stripe stop-at-period-end is requested automatically during account deletion; Apple and Google subscription cancellation remains a separate action. Read the deletion instructions before continuing.
Acceptable use
Do not use SpendYes to break the law, abuse or probe the service, interfere with another account, evade product limits, upload content you have no right to process, resell access, or attempt to obtain source, credentials or data that are not yours. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to protect users, providers or the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep SpendYes reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of every feature. Features, limits and offers can change. If a material terms change affects your use, we will update the effective date and provide notice where required. Export your plan if you need an independent copy.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, SpendYes and its operator are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from inaccurate inputs, exchange-rate differences, unavailable service, incorrect automated interpretation or decisions made using the app. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
