What SpendYes does
SpendYes is a personal planning tool that turns money information you enter into a suggested daily spending amount. It does not hold funds, move money, connect to your bank, provide credit, or act as a financial adviser.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking the amounts, dates, currencies and planned costs you enter. SpendYes calculations can only be as accurate as that information. Do not rely on the app as the sole basis for an important financial decision.
Your account
Keep your connected Google account secure or use a unique SpendYes password and keep your recovery key private. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may not use SpendYes to abuse the service, probe other accounts, disrupt operation or violate applicable law.
Availability
We aim to keep SpendYes reliable but do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of every feature. Features may change as the product develops. Export your data if you need an independent copy.
AI-assisted input
Some typed, photographed or spoken entries may be interpreted by automated systems. Always review the confirmation card before saving. You remain responsible for the final entry.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, SpendYes and its operator are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate inputs, unavailable service, incorrect automated interpretation or decisions made using the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use
You can delete your account and associated data from the Account screen or through the deletion page.
