For long-term travellers

Know what you can spend today—and still make it home.

Your bank balance includes the flight home, next week’s hostel and everything else you have not paid yet. SpendYes covers those first, then gives you one honest number for today.

The bank-balance trap

A big balance can still mean a small day.

A bank shows what exists now. It does not know that €420 of it belongs to a hostel next week or that your flight home is not paid. SpendYes makes those future commitments visible before they become a problem.

Before and after

Decide first. Record second.

Most travel trackers explain yesterday. SpendYes is designed for the moment before a choice as well as the moment after it.

  1. 01

    Ask

“Can I afford the €180 island trip?”

See how the purchase would change every remaining day. Nothing is recorded yet.

  2. 02

    Choose

Make the trade-off with the consequence visible.

A yes is useful only when it accounts for what still has to be paid.

  3. 03

    Tell

“I paid €180 for the island trip.”

SpendYes records it once and updates the number you use next.

What it replaces

Less spreadsheet. Less end-of-trip panic.

SpendYes is for the recurring decision, not bookkeeping for its own sake.

Frequently asked questions

How do I calculate a daily travel budget?

Subtract every fixed cost you still need to pay from your current travel balance. Divide the remainder by the number of days the money must last. SpendYes keeps that calculation current as you spend and plans change.

Should unpaid flights and accommodation be included?

Yes. If you are committed to paying a cost before the trip ends, include it as still to pay. Costs already paid should not be subtracted again.

Does SpendYes need access to my bank account?

No. SpendYes currently works from the balance, dates, costs and spending you provide. That keeps it usable across banks, cards, cash and countries, but you need to keep those facts accurate.

Can I use different currencies?

Yes. You can enter the original currency when it matters. SpendYes keeps the original amount visible and uses your plan currency for the daily number.

What happens if my plan changes?

Update the balance, end date or an unpaid cost. SpendYes recalculates the plan from the new facts rather than forcing you to rebuild it.
